[bug #17618] Incorrect charset used for some locales

Follow-up Comment #8, bug #17618 (project mldonkey):

I updated two places of code with an UTF8-conv function
for the popups. Please test if this is enough or if
there are other places where incorrect chars are displayed.

Are search result filenames displayed well?
