Details:

If you look to torrent details (vf#) in web interface, there are fields:
Con Interval	1800
Con Min Interval	1800

1. What is 1800 ?
2. Why not replace it with more informative data ? Like : "Next Connection
with Tracker: <calculatedtime>"
