[bug #15526] When use_html_frames made false get some javascript errors.

Confirmed for Firefox 1.5, first and second icon row appear,
clicking Transfers, Downloads this error is then shown in JS console:

Error: parent.document.getElementsByName(target).item(0) has no properties
