Follow-up Comment #1, bug #19794 (project mldonkey):

Which networks are you using?
If you mainly use EDK, how big is your serverlist?
If the EDK serverlist is too big (> 500) this may be
the problem because after 2d uptime MLDonkey starts
cleaning the serverlist, which may hit performance.

Does the problem alsoe exist with MLDonkey 2.8.5?
