[bug #19047] LowID though HighID on edonkey and ports are forwarded on router

Follow-up Comment #6, bug #19047 (project mldonkey):

If you are positive that there is no HighID concept in gnutella, G2 and
fasttrack, then the bug is to be filed to kmldonkey (which I don't use
anymore). If not, then the bug still belongs to the mldonkey project.

By the way, I can't close the bug on my own, can I?
