Follow-up Comment #6, bug #30917 (project mldonkey):

Indeed, camlp4of is not always present, so use camlp4 with needed modules
instead. Also BT UDP patch introduced linking dep on camlp4lib, it is not
needed for mlnet (only for pa_bitstring syntax extension), fixed.
