[patch #7262] BT: improve porttest

Had to fix a compile bug introduced by this patch with Ocaml 3.0x versions
during release of MLDonkey 3.0.3:

File "src/utils/net/http_client.ml", line 239, characters 52-68:
The constructor Closed_by_peer expects 0 argument(s),
but is here applied to 1 argument(s)
