[patch #7426] Limited rights to share directories for non-admin users

Follow-up Comment #5, patch #7426 (project mldonkey):

Sorry, I don't understand the question. With this patch user can specify
which directories to share (within the directory assigned to this user by
administrator), the files will be shared in BT network if there is torrent
file referencing them (e.g. torrent downloaded by mldonkey earlier).
