* More sensible return codes from mrtg

* SN MP v3 support contributed by Daniel J McDonald

BUGFIXES:

* rateup - fix unscaled with bits option
* cfgmaker - make if-filter see more variables (as documented)
* rrdtool - make threshold checks work
* mrtg - use shortest possible image path in HTML
