Folks,

The rateup.exe in mrtg 2.9.12 produces .gif files and not .png
files ... this is fatal for ie because mrgt labels them as png
files ... so if you are using mrtg win windows, get 2.9.12a which
properly labels the gif as gifs and not pngs
