14all.cgi Enhancements - HW Enabled and CSV Export

I have published a modified 14all.cgi at
http://mrtg.gvolk.com/14all.zip. 
It is based on 14all 1.1p25 (2003-01-05). 


The first change is that Tobi added support for displaying the bands
that the predicted time series data will follow if the RRD files were
created with the RRDHWRRAs[target-name] parameter in the MRTG config
file.


The second change is that I added CSV export-ability so that end-users
can click on some links that now appear below the
daily/weekly/monthly/yearly graphs and get fed a CSV file for import
into Calc/Excel/SAS/whatever.


You can see a demo of the changes at http://mrtg.gvolk.com. Click on the
menu-tree on the left, or if you don't want to run a java applet, there
are links at the bottom of the page to the graphs.


I attempted to join the 14all.cgi developers group at
my14all.sourceforge.net and post the mods there, but it appears that
nobody is home in regards to the project.
