Folks,

I have updated the mailinglist manager for this list. We are now running
the latest LISTAR (www.listar.org). Not a lot will change execpt:

* DIGEST will start working
* Messages with excessive amount of Quoting will be rejected.


For information about the usage of listar send ANY message
to ---->   [email protected] <-----
