Help - Working hours calculation

Hi all,
I would like to know if there is already MRTG tool or formula available to
calculate and graph average and peak figures based on working hours only
(e.g. 0800-1700 hrs). Also is there a way to measure duration of traffic
peaks given a threshold value, and also how many times it has exceeded this
threshold. This would be very useful for capacity planning I suppose.

any help in this regard is highly appreciable.
