If you are using RRDTool with your MRTG, then you may need to recompile your rrdtool perl modules. If they were installed into the site-perl path then they may not be visible any more, and they were linked against the old perl library.

MRTG shouldnt care about perl version though.

Subject: [mrtg] MRTG -PERL support

Hi,
We have to upgrade Apache from 2.0.59 to 2.2.22 on Solaris system
When we upgrade Apache and by the way perl
Our Perl routines do not work
MRTG fails
Perl's version is 5.8.8 currently
Do you know what is the suitable version combination for Apache / perl/mrtg (we do not want to change old perl scripts)

Thanks and regards
