OK, the interface stats are incrementing, MRTG should be picking that up. Do you have just one router to create an index.html for? I notice you have -output=/var/www/html/mrtg/index.html, I have a separate index.html for each router I monitor. Also, what is on your cfgmaker command line (in <Router_Name>.cfg)?
