1.       Check that your MaxBytes[] and/or AbsMax[] line in the mrtg config
is set correctly, else a value over this will be stored as an unknown

2.       If you are using RRDTool, check that the corresponding RRD file has
the correct Max value for the ds0 and ds1.  This should be automatically
updated by MRTG, but if you are using RRDCached, it may not be (as the
rrdtune command does not get passed over rrdcached)
