testing PCI bus speeds

We just received a bunch of new evaluation hardware with widely varying
PCI bus types.  I used to be able to use the older myrinet driver (pre
GM) to run the L2E and E2L tests. This was with older (M2M) Myrinet cards.

I have a set of Myrinet 2000 (M3M series) cards and would like to use them
for the same PCI speed tests. Will this older code still work with these
cards?

Is there a better test suite for measureing PCI performance?
