GPSHMEM and Myrinet (one-sided communication)

Hello All,

We have a research quality library (read it is functional
but needs work on documentation and expanded functionality)
available that includes the T3D level SHMEM functionality; 
it is called GPSHMEM.  

It is based on Dr. Jarek Nieplocha's ARMCI one-sided 
library which is rather robust and supports myrinet.  
GPSHMEM needs more shaking out and we would welcome
"friendly users" helping us do just that.  We are 
currently adding support for f77.  Right now you 
need "cray pointers" to get everything to work. 
We have tested it in Solaris, Intel based clusters,
and on the T3E.
