Linux 2.4.0 and GM 1.2.3

Hi,

  I'm wondering if anyone managed to build gm-1.2.3 for the new linux
kernel? I have a bunch of four-ways ES40s (alpha 264 processors) with
LANai7 cards and would like to migrate from linux 2.2.16 to 2.4.0 for
various reasons...
