[Myrinet] how to set the lanai9 clock rate

TITLE: how to set the lanai9 clock rate?
hi:
  Our group wrote a prototype of VIA for Myrinet--MyVIA, please visit http://myvia.sourceforge.net. We don't know how to set the lanai9 clock rate.
Now, our software defaultly set the lanai9's clock rate to 133MHZ. How to set the lanai9.2's clock rate to 200MHZ? 
The size of GM soft is big, so we don't know the method that GM set the lanai9's clock. Can anyone tell me?
