[Myrinet] PCI performance updates

Jefferson Lab just sent in the first Serverworks Grand Challenge
results, and, surprisingly, this chipset (dual p4 xeon) is a bit
slower and more asymmetric than the Intel Plumas E7500 dual p4 xeon
chipset.

Still looking for: SGI and Sun results, the VIA P4X266A chipset, and
anything else we're missing.
