your chipset has a 32bit/33mhz interface
which allows for a maximum theoretical
performance of 128MBytes/s.

Very good boards achieve ~110MBytes/s

You will need at least a 64bit/66Mhz interface
to fully exploit the Lanai's 2+2 Gpbs
per link performance.
