[Myrinet] Compiling GM 1.5.2.1 for Linux 2.4.19

I can compile a kernel using the same basic .config for 2.4.19 and 
2.4.18, but when I build GM 1.5.2.1 (specifing the appropriate linux 
build directory) I can only get a module that works with 2.4.18.  When I 
compile it for 2.4.19 and try to insmod it I get a few unresolved 
symbols relating to memory functions.  The offending functions typically 
have an _Rsmp suffix.

Am I missing something or have some things in the kernel changed that 
need to be updated in the GM software?
