MPICH version 1.2..0, based on ANL's MPICH version 1.2,
can now be found at www.myri.com/scs
It includes SMP support provided by Patrick Geoffray
with which he has obtained bandwidth performance of:
100 MB/s for 2 memory copies,
640 MB/s for directcopy on PIII/Linux,
(uses a kernel patch for RH before 6.2)
200 MB/s with generic memcpy
