Hello Bill, It's easy with PBS (we use OpenPBS on all our clusters) and a script creating the machinefile of MPI - if you wish to use mpi - (mpiexec could also help you). This features is available in our monitoring software moniteos ; we build a real time machinefile with the myrinet ports which have to be used, even for parallel jobs running on a single processor of dual-processor nodes. But it's only a few script lines... Hope this helps !
