Hello all,

We plan to upgrade GM driver to 1.6.3 and MPICH-GM to 1.2.4.0.8. While all
simple tests seemingly run okay, we have had one major issue: it cannot
run multiple copies of an execuable in one single job. For example, for
the simplest cpi test code, if you put multiple copies in one script file:

#!/bin/csh

./cpi
echo "this is the 2nd run"
./cpi

and run it interactively, the job will hang after the first executable is
done, with the output like this:

pi is approximately 3.1416009869231241, Error is 0.0000083333333309
wall clock time = 0.000404
this is the 2nd run
this is the 2nd run

Do you know what's going on? Is there a quick fix?

Regards,

Shubin
