[4] Error: Unable to open a GM port !

hello;
  i am having problems with the mpich.
i was debugging a problem and then [4] Error: Unable to open a GM port !

i am running /gm-1.6.3_Linux

The output of my script is  the following, basically i run
mpirun.ch_gm -v -np $PROCESOS hello.mpichgm

Seems that one port is busy, but i don't know to fix it. The same thing 
happened last week, so i a am 90% sure that my sysmanager got the patch 
announced in the FAQ's. Any hep is appeciated,
