Ok, does it work when you throw the flag "--gm-no-shmem" on the 
mpirun.ch_gm command line ? In this case, the shared memory device is 
not used and Myrinet is used for all communications.

I have checked on my cluster, same Intel compiler version under Debian, 
and it works fine. The shared memory code often triggers compiler bugs, 
but RH 7.1 + Intel 7 is a very common config. Anyway, if "--gm-no-shmem" 
makes it work, that would point a big finger at the shared memory device.
