You do not need to modify your application. Just set the LD_PRELOAD and 
an AF_INET will
be mapped to Myrinet. I am writing this one more time since I could not 
decipher your last
sentence.

Right, right now the focus is on SOCK_STREAM applications. If there is 
need for SOCK_DGRAM
we can look into that as well.
