Trouble with loading x86 Linux gm-1.3.0 driver and possible fix

We're using PCI64 interfaces in dual Pentium III motherboards.  The
gm-1.3.0 driver built from source fails to load.  Here are the messages
from the driver:

In the driver code (drivers/gm_instance.c) only lanai_cpu_version values
of 0x701-0x704 are allowed in the routine gm_is_l7.  I've added 0x700 to
the list, built and loaded the drivers, and run some tests.  Everything
seems to be OK.
