board not found error

Hello. I am trying to use four myrinet NICs (M2L-PCI64B) on P4 Xeon
server
which runs SuSe Linux 8.2. I've adopted NIC into 66MHz 64bit PCI slot.
As shown below, NIC seems to be detected on the slot.

I've installed GM-1.6.5. But I've found "No boards found" error message
when I try to run gm with "gm start" command as described in GM
installation
guide. The full message in /tmp/gm_log.root is as below.
What's wrong with me? Any comments will be welcome.

P.S. One more question.. Does PCI-64B NIC operate on PCIX slot?
