GM-2 does not yet support channel bonding (some gm-1 versions
support this, but they can not be used on a D-card cluster).
If you wish to aggregate bandwidth between 2 D NICs, this must be 
handled at a higher level software layer. 

The multiple ports on the PCIXE NIC are completely transparent 
to either the application or IP. It is misleading to think of 
them as bonded since they are not separable - perhaps a better
way to think of it is that they are bonded internally.
