NIC Card problem

I have a problem with myrinet NIC card (M3F-PCI64B-2):
green LED light is off. I did several things
recommended in Myrinet FAQ, including swapping the
cards but no success.=20

Our myrinet hardware is already three years old and is
not covered by warranty. Is there anything can be
done, are these cards easily repairable, is it worth
sending to myricom or is it better to discard it and
buy a new one?
