New Russian Users List

A new mailing list has been created to aid Russian-speaking members 
of the Nagios community.  The address of the list is:

Users can subscribe at the following URL:

Artem Naluzhny is the moderator for the new list. 

Also of note, Andrew Beshkov has published a Russian article on 
installing and configuring Nagios.  The article is linked on both the 
documentation and propaganda pages.
