Nagios Core 4.0.0-beta1 Available

The first beta of Nagios Core 4 is now available and can be downloaded from

http://nagios.org/download

Thanks to all who contributed and tested this release, especially
Andreas Ericsson, who did the lion's share of the work.

Note that the Changelog has not been updated, but will be before a full
