suggestion to add X.509 certificate age/expiration check to check_ldaps

I have a suggestion to add a X.509 certificate age/expiration check to
check_ldaps:
https://www.monitoring-plugins.org/doc/man/check_ldaps.html

Ideally it would behave similarly to the cert validity check on check_http:
https://www.monitoring-plugins.org/doc/man/check_http.html
