[HEADS UP] Removing the "contrib" directory

We decided to remove the remaining plugins from the "contrib" directory¹
of our repository, so they will not be shipped with the next release.
This directory was created long ago to publish contributed plugins.
Back then, sites such as <https://www.monitoringexchange.org/> and
<http://exchange.nagios.org/> didn't exist.  These days, those sites are
a much better place for publishing plugins not maintained by the Plugins
Development Team.  So, if anyone is interested in any of the "contrib"
plugins, please try to contact the author and suggest uploading it to
Nagios Exchange; or, failing that, just publish the plugin yourself.
