[HEADS UP] Trackers moved to GitHub

We moved our bug trackers from SourceForge to GitHub.  The new tracker
is here:

https://github.com/nagios-plugins/nagios-plugins/issues

All existing items have been migrated, so the open issues will be
handled on GitHub.  The downside is that the original submitters of
SF.net bug reports won't be notified of updates on their items
automatically.  We'll set up notifications so that the nagiosplug-devel@
list will receive them, though.  The SourceForge trackers have been
disabled, but they're still accessible (read-only).

Many thanks go to Jan Wagner and especially Jan Hörsch for their work on
the import script and their help with testing the migration, and to
their employer TMT (http://www.tmt.de/) for letting them work on this
during work hours.
