[nagios-plugins] Versions wrong in plugins after 1.5 release (#1197)

Noticed while doing --help or -V on several plugins the version is incorrect. Example as follows:

check_fping v1.4.16.262.g3d85 (nagios-plugins 1.4.16)

Looks like the NP-VERSION-FILE in the plugins dir needs changing or something.
