NRPE 2.14 nrpe.spec file is pointing to 2.13 version

Hi

I am trying to build rpm binary of NRPE 2.14 using spec file. But to my
surprise the spec file is pointing to 2.13 instead of 2.14 after i extract
the compressed tar ball from
