Are you sure that the file /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/check_disk exists?
On my 64bit boxes, nagios still is inside /usr/lib/nagios (and in
/etc/icinga2/constants.conf, I read 'const PluginDir =
"/usr/lib/nagios/plugins"') and the same value for ManubulonPluginDir
and PluginContribDir.
