setting up monitoring plugins in Icinga2

Hi,

Do you have the installation instructions on how to set this up under
icinga2? I'm a bit confused on step 2:
./configure --prefix=BASEDIRECTORY --with-cgiurl=SOMEURL

I think the "--prefix=BASEDIRECTORY" is where icinga2 is setup to look for
the plugins but I'm not sure about "--with-cgiurl=SOMEURL". The readme says
thats where the monitoing cgis, but I dont know where that'll be under
icinga2.
