Installing check_jabber plugin

Hi,

I'm trying to set up monitoring-plugins in order to monitor a jabber server
but after the regular configure, make and make install I cannot find the
place where check_jabber is installed. I've also tried some other configure
options but with the same result.
Can you please advise me on how should I proceed?
