Subject: Alert for VMWare newtork port speed status change

Hi guys.

Yesterday we had a problem with the performance of our VMWare servers because, for some reason, VMWare change the speed of the virtual network card from 1gb to 100mb. It took as a long time to discover this so we are looking for a trigger to alert us if this happens again.

Any tips?

Cheers,
Pedro Röseler
