check_snmp doesn't allow using default values in snmp.conf

If you provide no config values to "check=5Fsnmp", it defaults to expressly=
=20
telling "snmpget" to use  v1, without allowing the defaults you can=20
provide in snmp.conf to be used.

Is there a preferred method to getting "check=5Fsnmp" to use a default=20
configuration supplied in a configuration file?
