Prezados,

Preciso checar a memória pelo nagios alguem esta usando esse tipo de plugin
e checar oracle a versao da empressa é oracle 10 desde já agradeço pela
ajuda só mais duas coisa alguem já usou como nagios como passivo para
recerber as informaçaoes e qumail o plugin tem como me ajudarem ?

No seu servidor de Nagios, mandando a linha abaixo no prompt, o que vc
obtem?

check_nrpe -H host_do_xen -p 5666 -c check_xenvm


Observei que o seu NRPE s? est? aceitando conex?es locais. Mude a linha
server_address=127.0.0.1
para o IP da rede local, atrav?s da qual o nagios chegar? ao seu servidor.


Mude tambem
allowed_hosts=127.0.0.1
Para o IP do servidor do Nagios.


Acho que vai dar certo...

Bom primeiramente deixa eu me apresentar, meu nome ? Thiago, sou
analista de Redes Linux.

Bom, vim aqui para perguntar o seguinte:
Estou come?ando no mundo do nagios e estou tentando instalar o nagios
com mysql (NDO-Utils);
Utilizo Opensuse 11.1.
Tenho uma pequena d?vida sobre o NDO:
Ele apenas joga pro mysql os logs dos hosts, ou eu consigo adicionar
hosts sem ser pelos confs e sim pelo mysql?

Instalei o nagios corretamente, funcionando, instalei o ndo-utils tamb?m.
Consegui colocar ele pra rodar, por?m no log do nagios ele apresenta o
seguinte erro:

"[1250096034] ndomod: Still unable to connect to data sink.  23319 items
lost, 5000 queued items to flush."

Pergunto: O que pode ser isso?

Vale ressaltar que, o banco de dados est? criado certinho, o usu?rio do
banco de dados est? com permiss?o ALL para o BD.

Se puderem me ajudar fico imensamente agradecido, pois depois da? eu vou
configurar o nagvis.

Ol? Thiago
O ndoutils tem como objetivo a grava??o dos dados do nagios, incluindo de
performance, no Banco de Dados. N?o tem o objetivo de facilitar a
configura??o dos objetos do Nagios. Para este, use o NagiosQL.

Quanto ao erro que voce mencionou, s? consigo imaginar que ? erro na
configuracao do ndo2db.conf. Verifique este arquivo cuidadosamente se est?
tudo OK.

Eu configurei este conjunto no m?s passado (ndomod+nagios+nagiosql) e tudo
funcionou corretamente.

O Nagios e o MySQL est?o na mesma m?quina?
J? tentou se logar "manualmente" no MySQL utilizando essa conta, criar e
remover uma tabela/dados ?
