Para monitorar a página, considerando a resposta HTTP do servidor, você pode
usar o check_http.

Para processar o conteúdo da página é bem mais difícil. O que
eu geralmente faço é capturar a saída da página, com o links, e depois
processá-la em shell script ou perl...
