Check_by_ssh sem senha

Boa tarde,

 Estou tentando utilizar o plugin check_by_ssh mas não estou obtendo
sucesso, eu configurei os servidores para fazer uma conexao ssh sem senha, e
quando testo na mao funciona mas com o nagios não, ele fica me retornando
esta mensagem Remote command execution failed: Host key verification failed.

alguem já passou por isto?

O meu command esta configurado assim:

# 'check_ssh_teste' command definition
define command{
        command_name    check_ssh_teste
        command_line    /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_by_ssh -H
'$HOSTADDRESS$' -C '/root/teste'
        }

ja tentei colocar -l  'root' ou -l 'nagios' mas segue com o mesmo problema
