Nagios 3.5.0 segfaulting at midnight

Hi List, I've got 5 nagios installs, all on 3.5.0 and 3 they seem to segfault exactly at midnight. It's not all of them, but the busiest ones and not always. Has anyone else seen this? @ DEV what info would like if I file this as a bug? -- I'm a techie.
