We'll gladly help you, but we do this on our spare time. Please take a look on how to configure Postfix. Which SMTP server are you using for accomplishing the task of sending notifications via e-mail, from Nagios? Take in consideration that Nagios comes with two pre-built commands for sending notifications. Just configure Postfix and try running those commands from the CLI, for testing.
